ArcelorMittal Brazil to restart tubalang blast furnace
ArcelorMittal Brazil said on July 8 that it would restart its tubaland No. 2 blast furnace on July 26 as demand gradually recovered. The blast furnace is located in the plant of the same name in the greater vioria area of Espirito Santo state, with an annual capacity of 1.2 million tons / year. Previously, due to the domestic and foreign market demand downturn, the blast furnace last year shutdown and maintenance.
It is reported that the company's tubalang No. 3 blast furnace has suspended production due to the impact of the epidemic in April this year, and it is still idle until the steel demand in domestic and foreign markets has improved.
